As an R&D Engineer, I contributed to the Tibial Nerve Stimulator medical implant project by supporting mechanical and electrical testing, designing fixtures, and drafting test methods.

I collaborated closely with the Electrical Engineering team, providing support for electrical testing and analyzing circuit diagrams as part of the Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) process.

Medical device manufacturing is highly regulated by the FDA, with most tasks conducted in a cleanroom environment. Leveraging my skills in prototyping and automation, I engineered an automated fixture to optimize electro-lead production efficiency in the manufacturing lab, which will be implemented in future production.
